Photographs submitted for the contest must be made in photographic techniques such as: photography from film, photography from membrane, polaroid, camera obscura etc., noble techniques including daguerreotype, wet collodion plate, calotype, kallitype, cyanotype, anthotype, platinotype.
The dimensions of the artwork must not exceed 200 x 200 mm and the paper must not be greater than 300 x 300 mm. Each author may submit up to 5 works (graphic prints, bookplates), that have been made 2014-2016.
The aim of the competition is to design one spatial form and three artistic installations, inspired by the widely understood idea of freedom.
The lead theme of the Sixth International Socio-Political Poster Biennial includes the issues relating to human rights in present-day world under the slogan of Creatively for Human Rights.
The theme is “Travelling Woman”. On this edition of the contest. The organizers are looking for pictures where woman and travel are the thematic objectives of photographic reportages performed all over the world.
The theme of the competition is „Skin”. Works and Projects can be in digital or analogue photography, or computer graphic modelling, software art, digital manipulations, polaroids, mobile phone photographs or images taken with any other photographic devices.
The Films to be submitted are short and medium films concerning Nature’s problems, environmental protection, the threats and coexistence of Man with the world of nature and similar issues.
The competition is open to everyone, 18 years and older, professional and amateur photographers alike. There are 17 categories within the competition.
